Abstract

This study investigates the association between quality of work life (QWL), job satisfaction and life satisfaction of 107 Millennials working across various private and public sector organizations in Pakistan. Data included measures of quality of work life, job satisfaction and satisfaction from life. The proposed relationships were tested using multiple regression analysis. The results are consistent with the proposed conceptual scheme that quality of work life is positively associated with job satisfaction and life satisfaction of Millennials. Additionally, job satisfaction mediates the relationship between quality of work life and life satisfaction of Millennials. These results are discussed in this study along with the implications.
